Lemons, strawberries, figs, blackberries, organic grapes become jams like mother made, without the use of machinery. When they reach the right consistency they are placed in jars, without adding pectin or other thickeners. We use only organic sugar, made from sugar beet using natural methods which eliminate any potentially toxic residues. Real homemade and organically certified jams.
Delicious bread like that leavened with mother yeast and baked in a wood oven (olive tree and vineyard pruned wood which add aroma to the product). Tuscany bread, wholemeal, with many different cereals seeds, with hazelnuts and raisins, olives, schiaccine with aromatic herbs, taralli, savoury cakes with garden vegetables. On sale in the market café and picked when ripe, full of flavour and vitamins: strawberries and tomatoes, organically farmed, with outstanding flavour. Grown with love, they have the sun in them!

Made from olives grown without pesticides and synthetic chemicals, olives picked early by hand, very low yield. That is the secret of our excellent oil, used to make our culinary delights even more delightful.
