Rates and booking

THE CAMPSITE, SURROUNDED BY GREENERY, IS AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE FARM. IT’S LOCATED ON A GENTLE HILL OVERLOOKING THE SEA. THE BEACH CAN BE ACCESSED IN 5 MINUTES BY FOOT VIA A PATH THROUGH THE PINE TREES.

♥ All pitches for motorhomes, caravan and tents are equipped with electricity end wi-fi. Some pitches are very spacious, in a panoramic position, and equipped with hot shower, sink, table and benches.

♥ There are fully accessible bathrooms supplied with solar-heated water. Each bathroom is provided with a shower, a washbasin, a toilet, and a bidet. These are available for exclusive use, upon request.

♥ Token operated washing machines, sinks for laundry and washing up are available to all guests. A freezer for ice packs is at free disposal of our guests while lockable fridge boxes can be rented upon request.

♥ The campsite offers a series of communal areas. A farm shop-bistro, open from mid April to mid October, with outdoor tables under the pergola and hammocks among the olive trees; a reading lounge with library and a relax area with solarium, equipped with sun loungers; and an info-point where you can find out all you need to know for your stay on Elba Island and information about the environment surrounding the farm.

♥ A secluded and quiet area of the campsite, shaded by a grove of cork oaks, is reserved for guests without children and pets.

♥ For Glamping lovers, modern fully equipped Glamping tents are available, provided with all one might need.

Rates 2024

DAILY PRICES including pitch, toilets with hot water, camper service, wi-fi, parking and taxes

* The PLUS pitches are bigger than the standard one or located in privileged locations.

** The EXTRA pitches are bigger than the standard one and are provided with hot open air shower, sink for dishes, table and chairs/benches.

Electricity: € 5.50 for campers, caravans and vans; € 3 for unequipped tents and cars
from 06th/11 to 15th/04 € 6.50 per day for campers, caravans and vans

Refrigerator cell: 3 € / day

Reservation cost: 15 €

Check-in: the pitch is available from 3 p.m.

During the rest time (from 1 p.m until 3 p.m) it is not possible to access the campsite with vehicles.

Check-out: payment should be done the day before departure within 11:30 a.m. The pitch must be cleared within 12 o’clock.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• The booking fare is € 15, to be paid on departure together with the due amount.
• No payment in advance is required.
• Until 8 weeks before the arrival date, it’s possible to cancel the booking without costs, except the booking fare (15 €).
• A cancellation, for any reason, between 8 and 2 weeks before the arrival will require the payment of 30% of the booked and unused period.
• A cancellation, for any reason, until 2 weeks before the arrival, as well as missed arrival or early departure, will require the payment of 90% of the booked and unused period.
• Multiple booking is not accepted.
