The apartment Libeccio is the only accommodation which is bookable for the whole winter.

Located in the green heart of Orti di Mare and a stone’s throw away from Lacona beach, our apartments come with all the amenities: a fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher and induction hob; wi-fi; TV; hairdryer; winter heating and air conditioning. Communal washing machine.

1. APARTMENT BREZZA

THIS FUNCTIONAL APARTMENT, SURROUNDED BY ORCHARDS AND CULTIVATED FIELDS, IS PART OF THE FARM HOUSE – bookable from Saturday to Saturday

Brezza is an apartment suitable for 4/5 people. Made by coarse local stone, it is comfortable and ecologically sustainable, thanks to roof photovoltaic panels and thermodynamic plant for water heating.

This apartment consists of a double bedroom with air conditioning and a bright living room that, by closing the moving wall that separates it from the kitchen, can be turned into an independent double bedroom. A fifth openable bed is at the disposal of the guests. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, induction cooker and fridge. Just outside the kitchen there is a large garden-veranda with a table, some seats, deckchairs and a barbecue.

A washing machine is available for the common use of guests.

2. APARTMENT LIBECCIO

A SWEET ABODE WITH A PANORAMIC VIEW OVER THE BAY – bookable from Sunday to Sunday

Libeccio is a well organised and comfortable bilocal apartment up to 4 people; it consists of a cosy and quiet double bedroom with air conditioning, a kitchen, a bathroom and a bright lounge with a double sofa bed which can also be turned into two single beds, equipped with infrared heating panel. Furnished in soothing beige and blue, Libeccio is just a few steps away from our Aleatico vineyard.

From the cool veranda and from the little terrace equipped with roller shades, the guests can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding farmland, some woodland and the turquoise sea with the Island of Montecristo in the background.

A washing machine is available for the common use of guests.

3. CASINA ROSA

A ROMANTIC COTTAGE WITH PRIVATE GARDEN, IN THE SHADE OF PINE TREES – bookable from Sunday to Sunday

The apartment Casina Rosa is equipped with a double bedroom with hot and cold air conditioning system, and separated small bedroom with French-size bed with infrared heating panel, a bright fully equipped veranda kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a washing machine. Outside you can find a large dining table, a barbecue and a wood oven.

It is located in a little area of our agri-camping, slightly separated by a street from the main area, facing our fields.

Contrary to the other accommodations, well-trained pets are allowed in the Casina Rosa (with a daily supplement of € 5,00 each).

4. APARTMENT PONENTE

SPACIOUS TWO-ROOM-APARTMENT WITH LARGE WINDOWS OVERLOOKING THE GREEN – bookable from Saturday to Saturday

The main residence of the Tenuta’s owners until recently, Ponente is a spacious two-room apartment with large windows overlooking the green. It is a comfortable accommodation of 60 square metres and can accommodate up to 5 people. It is powered by a photovoltaic system and heat pumps.

It consists of a double bedroom (with air conditioning) and a bright living area with a double sofa bed. A fifth pull-out bed is available for guests. There are infrared panels for winter heating. The kitchen is brick-built, fully equipped with dishwasher and induction hob. The flat is surrounded by a large pergola with dining table, deckchairs, open-air shower, and barbecue.

A washing machine is available for the common use of guests.

5. APARTMENT AGLI SPRIZZI

A MODERN THREE-ROOM APARTMENT ON THE GROUND FLOOR OF AN ELEGANT VILLA ON THE POGGIO AGLI SPRIZZI

bookable from Sunday to Sunday for the period from 24/05/2026 to 11/10/2026   

The Apartment agli Sprizzi is a three-room-apartment that can accommodate up to 4 adults plus 2 children. Built in local stone, it is comfortable and energy-efficient, equipped with a photovoltaic roof and a heat pump for hot water production.

It consists of a large room with a double bed and an additional sofa bed (with air conditioning), a second double bedroom (with air conditioning), and a kitchen/living area with a single sofa bed; both rooms are equipped with a television. The apartment is served by a comfortable bathroom.

The small, fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to a large private garden, which is also equipped.

The accommodation is located near the path that leads to the beach in a few minutes’ walk through the pine trees.

A washing machine is available for the common use of guests.

6. APARTMENT LEVANTE

TWO-ROOM APARTMENT IN THE MANOR HOUSE, AMIDST THE VEGETABLE GARDENS AND ORCHARD – bookable from Friday to Friday

Levante is a two-room apartment for 4 people measuring approximately 50 square metres. It consists of a double bedroom (with air conditioning) and a bright living area with a double sofa bed.

The fully equipped kitchen has an induction hob but no dishwasher.

There are infrared panels and a heat pump for winter heating. The heat pump is combined with a photovoltaic roof.

There is a washing machine for shared use.

The flat overlooks a furnished garden surrounded by vegetable gardens, offering a pleasant view of the orchard and the coastal pine trees in the background. At the rear are the farm’s oven and the workshop for making jam and honey. A small road leads directly to the beach in 5 minutes on foot.

• Reservation cost: € 15.
• Apartments can be booked only weekly, from Sunday to Sunday (apartments Libeccio, Casina Rosa and agli Sprizzi) from Saturday to Saturday (apartments Ponente and Brezza), or from Friday to Friday (apartment Levante).
• From 18/10 to 17/05 minimum 3 nights, for stays less than 7 nights a one-off € 65 surcharge will be applied.
• Pets are not allowed in the Glamping Tents and in the Apartments (apart from the apartment Casina Rosa with a daily supplement of  € 5 each).

• Eco-virtuous guests – those who arrive at Orti di Mare on foot, by bike or by public transport (excluding aeroplanes), will receive a 5% discount on the total of the stay.

Check-in: the apartments are available from 5.00 p.m.

Check-out: payment should be done the day before departure within 11:30 a.m. The the apartments must be cleared within 9.30 a.m.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• No payment in advance is required.
• Until 8 weeks before the arrival date, it’s possible to cancel the booking without costs, except for the booking fare (15 €).
• A cancellation, for any reason, between 8 and 2 weeks before the arrival will require the payment of 30% of the booked and unused period.
• A cancellation, for any reason, until 2 weeks before the arrival, as well as missed arrival or early departure, will require the payment of 90% of the booked and unused period.
